possible to make sure when your Haulz-All arrives,
you are confident you made the right choice.
We realize that our equipment is a considered
purchase, not a disposable trendy gimmick. It is
important that your decision to buy is an informed
one, so please let us know if you have questions
that remain unanswered. We will answer them to the
best of our ability.
We want to provide you with reassurance that if you
decide that your Haulz-All is not what you expected,
then we will provide you with a 100% refund so long
as you let us know within 30 days of your purchase.
We are not out to stick anyone with equipment they
do not want or will not use, so be comfortable that
the return option is available just in case. We
only ask that you share in the shipping costs to
return it. All returns require an RMA (Return
Material Authorization) number, which is provided
when you call Haulz-All to arrange the return.
