UTT270  Motorized 1 yard Tilt Truck

The Haulz-All Uber Tilt Truck 270 is our largest motorized hopper cart.  Typically used to collect refuse from multiple trash receptacles , its one cubic yard plastic tub has enough capacity to handle huge loads.  Furthermore, the UTT270 has enough power to effortlessly deliver the load to the trash compactors.   The steel undercarriage (chassis) is made from 14 gage steel that has been powder coated (not wet painted) for maximum rust resistance. It can carry up to 1000 pounds on a hard level surface, and 550 pounds up a 35% ramp in dry or wet conditions. As with all Haulz-All products, regenerative braking will prevent runaway loads even driving down hills, and the automatic park brake is a great safety feature that prevents the cart from coasting away on a hill.  The 24VDC power system is splash-proof sealed, so washing off the unit will not hurt it.

Dumping the contents of the UTT270 is much easier than with conventional tilt trucks.  Releasing the throttle will slow the machine down to a stop, and then will lock it in place.  Your UTT270 will never end up in the dumpster unless you drive it there.  Since the wheels are locked, the operator can either push up on the handle bars to tilt the load over or, pull a latch and lift just the hopper to dump the contents (like a dump truck) while all four wheels stay on the ground.  For more convenience, the UTT270 motorized tilt truck can be supplied with a powered lift option that uses a powerful linear actuator to lift the load for you just by pushing a button.  It will dump up to 550 pounds by a simple push of a button.

Haulz-All Industrial equipment requires almost no maintenance, and the UTT270 powered tilt truck is no exception.
