UTT135  Motorized ½ Yard Tilt Truck

The Haulz-All Uber Tilt Truck 135 is both powerful and exceptionally maneuverable.  The chassis is short and squat, bringing the wheel base closer together so that this electric hopper cart can practically turn on itself. Snaking through the tight isles of a warehouse is as easy ahs pushing your thumb and steering. It can carry up to 650 pounds on a hard level surface, and 450 pounds up a 2:1 grade in dry or wet conditions. As for safety, regenerative braking to slow down loads on hills, and the electromechanical park brake which locks it into place when the throttle is released means no more runaway loads.  The park brake can be manually released so you can push or pull the cart if needed.

The UTT135 ships completely assembled banded to a skid via common carrier.  It is ready to use as soon as you are.  The plastic hopper tub is made from an indestructible plastic that will not rust, crack or dent, and carries approximately 13.5 cuft of material.  The contents can be dumped by pushing up on the handle bars (the locked parking brake prevents it from rolling forward), or our manual dumping feature that allows the operator to lift just the hopper to dump the contents (like a dump truck).  The powered lift option is not available on the UTT135 due to its compact size.  For a powered lift dump option, see the Haulz-All UTT270 Powered Tilt Truck. 

The UTT135 requires almost no maintenance – no gas tank to fill up, no oil/gas to mix, no oil to monitor and change, no clutches, chains or sprockets to adjust.  Simply plug it in to a standard 110V outlet whenever it’s not in use, and that’s it.  The drive system is sealed for life, so the only consumables are the batteries which typically last about a year, and can be replaced in about 5 minutes.  The batteries are not exotic and can be purchased locally or from Haulz-All directly.  Best of all, it is a snap to operate.  One quickly masters the forward and reverse functions since the intuitive throttle control lets you control speed from 0 to 3 mph in both forward and reverse.
