Build-A-Hauler four wheel kit

The Haulz-All UMK300 is the most versatile motorizing kit available.  It is the Mack Truck of powered carts – we provide a complete integrated drive system on a steel chassis, and you provide what goes on top. It can be as plain as a piece of plywood, or as elaborate as a sculpted giant crocodile head. It is tough and sturdy, and can carry up to 650 pounds on a hard level surface, and 450 pounds up a 2:1 grade. The 300 kit is not only attractive to handy home owners, but is especially useful for OEMS as a cost effective prototype.  All of the great features of our complete machines are included – regenerative braking, electromechanical park brake, manual release, sealed lead acid batteries, smart charger etc.

The UMK300 is shipped about 90 percent assembled via UPS.  Assembly requires no special tools, and usually takes 30 to 45 minutes.  No soldering, wiring , or cutting is required.  Just bolt on the handle bars, assemble the 4 wheels onto the axles, connect the plugs, and you up and running.  Add your own attachment, and you have your own customized powered hauler.  The manual dumping feature allows easy dumping of the attachment you add.  If you really want the ultimate, add optional dually tires and the power lift actuator for automatic dumping.

The silent, maintenance-free sealed transaxle has an open differential that allows the wheels to spin at different speeds making turning effortless. The rear swivel casters and heavy duty steel handle bars allow easy operation.  And since it is totally electric, the UMK300 can be operated inside the warehouse or outside in the garden. It has a top speed of 3.0 mph in both forward and reverse.  However, as with all Haulz-All products, the throttle is variable, so you can travel as fast as comfortable.
