Motorized Ball Cart

The Haulz-All model UHT60 is such a unique machine, we are not really sure what it should be called.  It is a “souped up” version of our standard UHT50 powered hand truck and is designed primarily as a powered tree dolly or powered ball cart.  However, many other applications have arisen such as moving boulders, deflated bouncy rides, and folded up tents. Generally speaking, it is a powered hauling machine to move heavy, bulky loads off road without having to lift them onto a cart bed or wheelbarrow tub.  The load can be rolled into the sling, and then driven away. 

The UHT60 has proven to be an incredibly useful tool for landscapers planting balled trees.  Until now, the choices were a manual ball cart which typically takes 2-5 men to move depending on how large the tree is, or a heavy, $15000+ Dingo or skid steer.  There was nothing in between.  Now contractors have the UHT60 that can handle up to 750 pounds on a hard level surface (about 550 up hills and off road), which is typically up to a 28” ball (3” caliper) depending on moisture content and tree type.  Now one or two men can load, unload, transport, and plant balled trees that usually required 4 men, and/or a piece of heavy equipment.

The UHT60 travels at a max speed of 2.4 miles per hour in both forward and reverse.  It is equipped with dually tires that provide excellent traction as well as lateral stability to prevent the load from rolling over while on a hill.  The regenerative braking controls the speed of the load going down a ramp or hill.  Best of all, the UHT60 is compact.  It can be driven though a 34” gate and across a customer’s lawn with minimal turf damage. It can be carried in the back of your pick up or box truck, and does not need a separate trailer.  Landscapers   and party rental businesses now have a reliable low-impact machine that will enhance productivity substantially.
